What counts as a qualified estimate
A qualified estimate is a real, local enquiry that has been through the qualifying form and has booked an estimate or inspection with your business. It is not a raw form fill, a click or a name on a list. That is deliberate: it ties the guarantee to the outcome you actually care about, not to a vanity number that is easy to inflate.
What it does not cover
The guarantee does not promise that every estimate becomes a signed job. How you price, how you present the quote and how you follow up in person are in your hands, not ours. We can control the supply of qualified, booked estimates; we cannot sign the contract on your behalf. Scoping the guarantee to what we control is what lets us offer it without hedging.
